Join us for a virtual meditation class guided by WITHIN Meditation teacher Kim Nicol on Sunday, March 21st at 10 AM PDT benefiting The American Cancer Society!
Settle in on a cushion/pillow or chair, or lie down wherever you like in your home for a period of guided mindfulness meditation practice. Kim will help you bring your attention back to the present moment using simple mindfulness techniques, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized. She'll give some guidance at the start, lead a meditation for about 20-25 minutes, and then invite questions and reflections about your experience.
Class will be held on Zoom, so you can easily join from wherever you are. This class will also be recorded, so if you are unable to join live you will be able to watch the replay at your convenience.
A donation of ANY AMOUNT through this GoFundMe page will gain you access to this 30 minute class. This virtual meditation is designed for all levels and no previous experience or equipment is required. Please contact Blaine from The American Cancer Society at blaine.mauldin@cancer.org with any questions. Cancer survivors are welcome to attend this class for free and can email Blaine to sign up.
