Being pregnant is such a wild ride! As your body works overtime to create the amazing being growing inside, you experience new (and often uncomfortable) physical sensations; emotions that range from joyful to miserable; and information overload about everything you should and shouldn't do while carrying a child and giving birth.
Let's take a step back, and make space for you to feel and understand what's happening in your body, heart and mind during this amazing journey. Meditation is a powerful way to reconnect with your innate ability to create and nourish this new being inside you.
Created by WITHIN Meditation Cofounder Hannah Knapp, this series of five meditations will give you essential tools you need to experience pregnancy to its fullest, and prepare you for a mindful childbirth.
Course registration ($40) includes five guided meditations that introduce specific techniques to help you find ease, relax, and be well in your body during your pregnancy and delivery. Based on what was helpful for her during both her own pregnancies, Hannah has also curated a handful of additional resources for a mindful and healthy pregnancy, and for your new baby. She’s delighted to share them with you, along with the meditations.
This is an on-demand course. Once you purchase the course, we’ll email you the login to access the guided meditations and additional resources online. You can access them as often as you wish during your pregnancy.
The course is led by WITHIN Meditation Cofounder Hannah Knapp. She has been meditating since 2012, when she dove in head-first with a 10-day Vipassana retreat. It was during that retreat that she realized she was ready for the adventure of pregnancy and parenting. Within six months, she was pregnant with her first son, and with the retreat experience still fresh in her mind, she gave deeply mindful attention to the amazing evolution happening inside her. She saw first-hand how much of a difference it made to approach the physical and emotional challenges and wonders of pregnancy and delivery with mindfulness, supported by a steady meditation practice.
Coming out of that experience, she was passionate about sharing meditation and mindfulness with other pregnant moms. In this course, she shares five simple, but powerful ways you can shift your own mindset and develop your inner awareness as you grow this new life within you.
