Wellness Workshops
We all need practical tools to help us be well and live better. Our interactive workshops are a great way to give your employees insight into how to support their mental and emotional well-being. Each workshop can be 60 or 90 minutes, and includes opportunities for individual reflection and group connection.
Mini-Workshops
Each of these bite-sized workshops dive deep into one key concept for 30 minutes. Led by a professional life coach, employees explore new approaches and methods to integrate them into their everyday lives. These are a great follow-on to our Wellness Workshops as a way to help employees integrate and amplify what they’ve learned.
Guided Meditation Sessions
Our meditation sessions give your employees a chance to reset during their work day. Typically 30 minutes long, each session includes guided meditation led by an experienced instructor and an opportunity for Q&A. We can tailor the session to fit your needs, with many different themes such as building focus, complete relaxation, or an introduction to mindfulness meditation. These are great as stand-alone events and as follow-ups to our wellness workshops.
Programs
