Class Schedule Changes


Week of February 15th

  • 15-Minute Classes Begin! Join Devon and Hannah for quick meditation breaks throughout your busy week.

    • Mondays at 6pm PT: Release the Day with Devon: Use the short session as a mindful transition from your work day to your relaxation & recreation time. After a brief check-in to see where you're at, Devon will choose the right tools from the bucket of breath work, mantra, visualization, mindfulness, and heart-awareness to help you let go of what isn't serving you, and move you closer to where you want to be.

    • Tuesdays at 12:15pm PT: Get Out of Your Head with Hannah: Give yourself a quick reset with this 15-minute class. We'll get you out of your head and into your body with some gentle stretching to start. Then, Hannah will guide you in a body scan meditation, bringing awareness to each part of your body in turn. You'll leave feeling fully alive in your body, and refreshed.

    • Wednesdays at 9am PT: Midweek Reset with Hannah: We're halfway through the week - and you need energy and focus for the rest of it! Use this 15-minute class to reset. We'll begin with breathwork to calm your nervous system, and then Hannah will guide you in a brief meditation to set intentions for the rest of the week ahead. 

    • Thursdays at 12:15pm PT: Meditation for Focus & Energy with Devon: Instead of reaching for another cup of caffeine to sharpen your brain and boost your energy, why not try this 15min lunch break meditation? Devon utilizes breath work, alignment, and the mind-body connection to recharge you before the second half of your day begins.  

Week of February 8th

  • Tuesday 2/10 at 5:30pm PT: Devon’s new weekly class, Angry Meditation, begins. Meditators can and do get angry - we're not robots. And it's not a mistake or a regression - we are here to experience it all.

    Anger can be informative and protective - showing us when & where our boundaries are crossed. Anger can arise from compassion - showing us our desire to protect the vulnerable. In our spiritual growth, we are grateful for Anger as it shows us where we are still identified, what we are still holding, allowing the unconscious to become conscious.  

    In Angry Meditation we will start each class by sharing one thing that angers us. We'll learn to sit with, identify, and observe anger. We'll discover our agency; We can choose to let it go, or to use it as fuel for the fire of action. But above all, we must learn how to receive its gifts without holding it so long or so tightly that it hurts us.

Week of February 1st

  • Sunday 2/1 at 5pm PT: Amanda’s Reset and Realign is cancelled. It will return next week!

  • Monday 2/2 at 5:45pm PT: Devon’s Meditation Starter Kit series kicks off! Sign up for this class and you’re automatically enrolled in the practice session on Thursday 2/5 at 9am PST, too.

  • Friday 2/6 at 9am PT: Javier’s class, Meditation for Transformation, returns to our schedule.

Week of January 4th

  • Monday 1/5 at 5:45pm PT: Devon’s Meditation Starter Kit series kicks off! Sign up for this class and you’re automatically enrolled in the practice session on Thursday 1/8 at 9am PST, too.

  • Friday 1/9 at 9am PT: Javier’s class, Meditation for Transformation, is on hiatus while he is on a month-long retreat - it will be back February 6!
