I’m so excited to welcome you into our community! Here you’ll find space, support and guidance to live your life more fully.

As a mom and an entrepreneur, I get how hard it is to remember to stop, breathe, and connect within yourself and with others. That’s why I’ve made our classes easy to join no matter where you are. When you do, you’ll get the inspiration you need to access ease and joy, and navigate what’s tough for you.

I’ve brought together a community of teachers who draw on many different wisdom traditions to help you know yourself more deeply. That’s because I believe there is no “one size fits all” - we each need teachers who speak to us in a way that makes sense for where we are in our particular journey.

I hope you’ll join us for a class this week, and tap into the support and inspiration that’s waiting for you there.

Live Online Circles

Get the structure, accountability and support you need to make big shifts in your life with our Circles. Under the guidance of one of our teachers, you’ll meet with a small group once a week to support and inspire each other,

Let our community of students and teachers support you with live group meditation classes. Your membership allows you to:

  • Access all of our online classes: join as many classes as you wish live.

Give yourself the flexibility to meditate whenever is best for you. Your membership allows you to:

  • Access all of our online classes: join as many classes as you wish live, and receive the recordings of all of the classes held each day. (Each recording is available to you for one week after the class is held.)
