A half-day retreat is a wonderful opportunity to connect to deeper levels of insight and tranquility. It is an invitation to shift the pace of life and reorient attention to the here and now.
We will gather at 9:15am PDT / 12:15pm EDT on Saturday November 6th to establish and nourish a connection to the present moment with mindfulness and community. Structure is offered to support participants uncover the innate clarity, stillness, and ease within.
We have noticed that meditation retreats have adapted well to these virtual times! For some individuals, being able to join from their own home is even advantageous. Individuals are not required to look at screens the whole time.
Led by WITHIN Meditation teacher Adam S. Moskowitz, the retreat will include:
An introduction
Guided sitting & walking meditation
Journaling and group reflection
A short talk
Personal time for tea, rest, etc.
This opportunity is limited to just 10 people. Each person will have the opportunity to share, be heard, and ask questions of Adam, and of the group.

Participation in this retreat is $60. Registering for the retreat secures your spot. If you cancel up to a week in advance, we will give you a full refund. No refunds are given after that point.
