Mindful Living Circles are designed to help meditators of all levels integrate and stabilize the awareness gained through their meditation practice into everyday living. Mindful Living Circle IV is specifically focused on helping you identify, reframe, and manage the experiences of anxiety in your daily life.
You’ll meet weekly with a group of 6-8 students and WITHIN Meditation teacher Devon Pipars. for 10 interactive online group sessions. In each and every session you can expect sharing from all participants, as well as a guided 10-minute meditation to close, using a different meditation technique each week that is helpful to alleviate anxiety. Devon provides many thought-provoking journaling exercises throughout, so that you can really drill down to the roots of this extremely common condition.
You'll learn some very immediate and healthy coping mechanisms you can turn to whenever you need to manage the symptoms of anxiety, such as calming breathwork, self-compassion, setting boundaries, and clearly communicating what we need in those moments to ourselves and others.
This is appropriate for all levels - no prior Circle participation or meditation experience is required - but registration will be limited to 10 spots.
Devon Pipars is a teacher and blogger for WITHIN Meditation, who also works with companies via wellness workshops, meditation sessions, and mindful communication coaching. She is a featured voice for Hyperice’s meditation training device Core, as well as a senior instructor on the Core app (hellocore.com).
