Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all retreats hosted by WITHIN Meditation, LLC, regardless of the retreat location.

Payment

You may choose to pay your program participation fee in a single payment upon registration, or to make two equal installments - one upon registration, and the other 45 days in advance of the program. If you register less than 45 days in advance, payment is due in full upon registration.

Cancellation

If you cancel more than 45 days in advance, we will refund you for 50% of the participation fee you have paid.

No refund is available if you cancel less than 45 days in advance of the program start date, if you do not show up, or if you leave the retreat early.

Additional fees may apply to cover administrative costs incurred by WITHIN Meditation, LLC due to cancellation at WITHIN Meditation’s sole discretion.
