Sundays April 18th - May 23rd 4:30-5:45pm Pacific Time

All Sessions Online

When we first start meditating, we’re often looking for more calm, ease, acceptance, and joy - and less reactivity, overwhelm, stress, and anxiety.  While it’s exhilarating to experience those benefits during meditation, have you found that you often lose them once you open your eyes and go back into your active life?

If you'd like to carry that sense of peace and presence with you throughout your day, it's totally possible: you just need to change your mindset, and focus your attention on the present moment with mindfulness.

In the Mindful Living Course, led by WITHIN teacher Devon Pipars, you’ll examine everyday choices you previously took for granted in order to step into a place of alignment and harmony. Over the course of six weeks, you’ll learn how constant mindfulness allows you to show up in the way you want for yourself, for others, and for life.

What to Expect

The Mindful Living Course is designed to help meditators of all levels integrate and stabilize the awareness gained through their meditation practice into everyday living.

It consist of a series of six 75-minute online classes, Sundays 4:30-5:45pm PDT / 7:30-8:45pm EDT April 18th-May 23rd. These classes are designed build on each other, deepening and strengthening your mindfulness over time. Each class includes instruction and insight from Devon on that week's theme, reflection, and Q&A:

  • Week 1: Mindfulness in meditation. Bring awareness, letting go, self-acceptance and consistency to your meditation practice, as the foundation for mindful living.

  • Week 2: Mindfulness in daily routines. Be fully present for the little things, from eating to sleeping to washing the dishes, as a doorway into happiness.

  • Week 3: Mindfulness in the world. Shift how you relate to the world outside your bubble as you develop compassion and practice active listening.

  • Week 4: Mindfulness at work. Find your purpose, hold your boundaries, and be clear in how you communicate with your colleagues.

  • Week 5: Mindfulness in relationships. Plant and grow the seeds of your relationships, nurturing and enjoying them fully.

  • Week 6: Put it all together. Reflect on what you’ve learned, and create a clear intention for how you’ll support and sustain your greater awareness.

At the end of the course, you'll know exactly what you need to do to continue living mindfully.

Devon is an exceptional teacher with in-depth knowledge and training of meditation and the passion to share. I’m very thankful for my experiences learning with Devon as it’s made me more present, confident and ultimately happier.

Initially I turned to meditation to manage work stress and stay centered throughout my daily life — with Devon as a teacher, I’ve walked away with that and so much more.

Her teachings resonate on a soul-level, and provide practical guidance on how to turn those epiphanies into action to create lasting change in your life.
