This guided meditation series is designed to support women through the physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions of menopause. Across three 45-minute sessions—Rest, Reclaim, and Rise—you’ll be gently guided to connect with your body’s wisdom, soothe your nervous system, and awaken a deeper sense of power and presence.
Whether you're in perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause, these practices offer grounding, clarity, and transformation. These sessions will allow space for renewal, reflection, and community sharing. Drop in for just one or come to all three!
