Join us for a special series of classes on Mindfulness & Self-Care led by WITHIN Meditation teacher Kim Nicol.
The more you meditate, the more you cultivate kindness and compassion for yourself and others. In this series on Mindfulness & Self-Care, you'll deepen your understanding of how to connect your insights on the cushion to gentle actions in your life.
Each session will have a brief meditation to get present and connect with a different part of yourself. Then, there will be a teaching and group discussion about a different aspect of Self-Care, and how mindfulness can help.
We'll cover topics such as: the difference between Self-Care and Self-Soothing, how to set boundaries, how to create more satisfying relationships, and a framework to help you approach Self-Care in a balanced, sustainable way.
Each 30-minute class happens at 5-5:30pm PDT / 8-8:30pm EDT on Mondays from June 12th through August 14th. All classes are held online via Zoom. Join us for one, several, or the whole series!
