This year has been. . . a lot. As we approach the last month, how do you want to leave 2020 and begin 2021? This course will guide you through a mindful process of reviewing the year and setting intentions for the year to come.

Guided by WITHIN teacher Kim Nicol, you'll feel more connected to love and possibility in your life, and you'll gain new insights about what this year has meant for you. You'll feel ready to meet 2021 feeling centered, with an open heart and a clear intention for your path forward.

This course meets online for five consecutive weeks. Each session is 75-minutes. We're offering two meeting times each week in an effort to make this accessible to you, no matter where you live in the world. Join just one session each week, or both - whichever fits your schedule and feeds your soul. Meeting times are Sunday mornings, 9am - 10:15am PST, and Wednesday evenings, 7pm - 8:15pm PST.

Enrollment ($149) includes:

  • Weekly group class on Zoom, so we can have paired and group conversations, and share in the activities together. Attend one or both weekly classes, according to your schedule and time zone;

  • Guidance for a mindfulness practice each week to connect the theme with your life; and,

  • Weekly content, including audio recordings, on the theme and practice.

Each session will build on the one before as you reflect, release, and move forward towards the new year. You'll be part of a supportive community, and will learn a set of mindfulness practices that you can use anytime you want to bring more loving-kindness to yourself on your life path.
