This year has been. . . a lot. As we approach the last month, how do you want to leave 2020 and begin 2021? This course will guide you through a mindful process of reviewing the year and setting intentions for the year to come.
Guided by WITHIN teacher Kim Nicol, you'll feel more connected to love and possibility in your life, and you'll gain new insights about what this year has meant for you. You'll feel ready to meet 2021 feeling centered, with an open heart and a clear intention for your path forward.
This course meets online for five consecutive weeks. Each session is 75-minutes. We're offering two meeting times each week in an effort to make this accessible to you, no matter where you live in the world. Join just one session each week, or both - whichever fits your schedule and feeds your soul. Meeting times are Sunday mornings, 9am - 10:15am PST, and Wednesday evenings, 7pm - 8:15pm PST.
What to Expect
Your enrollment includes:
Weekly group class on Zoom, so we can have paired and group conversations, and share in the activities together. Attend one or both weekly classes, according to your schedule and time zone;
Guidance for a mindfulness practice each week to connect the theme with your life; and,
Weekly content, including audio recordings, on the theme and practice.
Each session will build on the one before as you reflect, release, and move forward towards the new year. You'll be part of a supportive community, and will learn a set of mindfulness practices that you can use anytime you want to bring more loving-kindness to yourself on your life path.

Week 2 - Reflecting on Change: Highlights & Growth, Grief & Loss
Week 3 - Release: Letting Go, Mindfully
Week 4 - Appreciation: Loving-Kindness for Your Life
Week 5 - Intentions: Illuminate Your Path Forward
Classes will not be recorded, but you will get an audio recording with a teaching and suggested mindfulness practices each week.
Your Teacher
Kim Nicol is a coach with a deep practice in mindfulness. She brings a calming, nurturing style to leadership development and personal growth.
In 2009 she attended her first meditation class, led by Nestor Perez. Over 10 years later, she still meets with Nestor and a small gathering of students each month to share in meditation.
As a teacher, Kim leads a holistic, mindfulness-based class. Her teachings focus on inner friendship, being kind towards oneself, and welcoming the moment with gentleness and love.

Who Should Come
This course is open to beginners and dabblers in meditation and mindfulness, and to meditation practitioners looking to bring more mindfulness off the cushion and into their lives.
What It Costs
Registration ($149) includes all 75-minute online meetings, daily practices, and guided meditation recordings.

We want you to feel great about jumping in. If you decide anytime before the end of the first week of the course that it isn’t for you, we’ll give you a full refund.
Because we also want you to take your participation in the course seriously, you must request the refund by 11:59pm PST on December 5th for us to honor it. If you request a refund after purchasing the Early Bird Special, the month of unlimited online classes will also be removed from your account.

How much does it cost?

Where will I go for classes?
All online meetings will be held via Zoom, making it easy for you to join from your home. All you need is access to the internet and you’re set!
When will I come to a class?
The online meetings for the course are held at two times each week: Sundays 9-10:15am PST, and Wednesdays 7-8:15pm PST, November 29th through December 30th. You’re welcome to join either or both sessions each week.
How often will I need to come to class?
The classes in this course will build on each other, so when you sign up, you’re committing to coming to at least one session per week, for the full five weeks.
Who teaches the classes?
Kim Nicol will lead all of the online meetings, and provide you with practices and recordings to work with in-between meetings.
Do I need any special clothes or equipment?
All you need is access to the internet! One of our favorite things about meditation is that you don't need anything special to do it. Just log on as you are.
Can I start and stop during the course?
You’ll learn the most - and do the most to build your meditation practice - if you attend at least one session per week between November 29th and December 30th. However, if you need to miss a week, Kim will help you catch up on what you missed.
I tend to jump into things, and then not finish them. How can I be sure I'll make it through the course?
The best part about doing this course is the accountability and inspiration we give you to keep you on-track. Kim will check in with you and the other students each class, to help you stick with it.
What happens if I sign up, and then realize it's not right for me? Do you give refunds?
We want you to feel totally comfortable dipping your toes into the meditation waters with us. If you join Review & Release the Year, Mindfully, and decide any time during first week that it's not for you, we'll give you a full refund. You must request the refund by 11:59pm PST on December 5th for us to honor it.
