The class will include about 35 minutes of guided meditation and time for reflection and questions (a total of 45 minutes).
Registration ($10) includes access to the live class (8:30-9:15am PST / 11:30am-12:15pm EST on Wednesday February 15th), as well as the recording afterwards. This class is free for WITHIN members!
Stephanie Osborne is the CEO of Meditate New Orleans. She has studied meditation for over 25 years and has guided meditation for over 10 years. After studying a combination of meditation traditions and techniques including Mindfulness, Zen Buddhist Meditation, Tibetan Buddhist Meditation, Primordial Sound Meditation, Soka Gakai Meditation and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Osborne has created a beautifully blended meditation experience that includes all of her favorite aspects of meditation and its traditions.
